For Columbia Crest's reserve wines, winemaker Doug Gore established a "winery within the winery," designating a separate winemaking area within the winery and assigning a special winemaking team to craft these wines using small lot, artisan winemaking techniques. Production of these highly acclaimed wines is extremely limited.
